Welcome to Franklin County Storage at 35 FM 21 in Mount Vernon, Texas. To reach us from there, head south on TX-37 S toward Interstate 30 Service Rd, and turn left east onto FM 21 S. You’ll find us on the north side of FM 21.

You can access your unit 24 hours a day, seven days a week, year-round. Call us with any questions. We answer the phone and we are happy to help! Our hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday. Our office is closed on Sundays.
